Simple! All you need to do is choose your product and customize it with your name/text/art/design!
Should we make full payment in advance?
No, If your are going to customize your selected item than you can make 50% amount of your total as advance, rest balance you can make when your order get completed / processed and one day before ready for dispatch. Or If you need any item without any customisation, that case you have to make full bill amount as advance so we can dispatch your ordered item.
How can I Print my own logo or matter designs?
You can choose any product of your choice and then place your order. And send additional e mail with attachment of design at support@newyeardiaries.in by writing details.
Does the quality / color of picture I attached appear same after it gets printed?
We do not guarantee the color of the uploaded/attached pictures / designs as the process includes heat transfer of the images where some loss of color is always applicable.
Can you guarantee the color of engraving / printing inks as shown on the products on your website?
We do not guarantee the exact color of engraving / printing on any product as the color of finished product might appear different.
How long it takes to deliver?
We ship your material with 3 ways – Air | Train | Road Lorry service. Normally with road lorry service takes 5-10 working days to reach to destination.
What is the whole process to place order and get delivery?
You can place your order by selecting item online and adding to cart, once we receive your order our customer executive will contact you after checking current stock and send you proforma invoice against your order. Once you make payment we put your order in process. After completion of order we dispatch your order as per discussion by you and that takes normal transit time 2-10 days according to your location and geographical status.
